Tender description

One Manchester is in the process of carrying out a range of emergency works to its 13 blocks affected across Manchester, to ensure compliance with the latest guidance on fire safety (and potentially future regulatory changes). The project is awarded through Procurement HUB's Whole House Contractors DPS OJEU Contract Notice ref 2016/S 170-305523. Partial removal of ACM cladding has taken place and we are now looking to procure the replacement of the remaining ACM cladding with an appropriate compliant product. The works need to commence as quickly as possible to ensure the safety of our residents, hence the short time frame for tender, lead in and on site works.
