Tender description

— Lot 1: All works and services associated with Sewer Rehabilitation Works and Sewer Pipe laying — Lot 2: All works and services associated with the laying of new potable water mains — Lot 3: Design Build (D&B) works (Misc. Civils). Rehabilitation Works associated with Non-Man Entry Sewers (inside sewers of less than 900mm diameter, or non-circular sewers smaller than 900mm x 600mm.) Rehabilitation Works associated with Man Entry Sewers (work inside sewers of 900mm diameter and above, or non-circular sewers larger than 900mm x 600mm). Laying of new Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride uPVC), Polyethylene (PE), and Ductile Iron watermains of up to 300mm nominal bore. Replacement of existing watermains with new PVC, PE, & Ductile Iron watermains of up to 300mm nominal bore in size. Rehabilitation of existing watermains of various material types. Installation of associated valves and fittings. Construction of valve chambers. Crossing of existing services, streams and ditches. Civil Engineering works and services associated with the design and construction of water / wastewater structures and/or ancillary works which may include but not be limited to: — Process Tanks — Treated Water Storage Tanks — Dam refurbishment — Pre-cast structures — Pumping Stations — Water / Wastewater Treatment buildings.
