Tender description

Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which, due to the merger of Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton to form Clarion, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clarion Housing. CHPS provide reactive repair services to Clarion stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey. There is a requirement for sub-contractors to carry out reactive works where CHPS in-house resources are unable to cover due to capacity or geographical location. The contractor shall carry out work in all parts of the geographical areas in scope, both during normal working hours and out of hours, where the requirement cannot be fulfilled by CHPS in-house resources. Typical trades will include, but not be limited to: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Metal works, Finishes (Plastering, rendering), Void works, Scaffolding, Ground Works, Roofing (including flat roofs), Specialist Surveys, and Aids and Adaptations.
