Installation of outdoor illumination equipment

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has issued this Prior Information Notice to inform the market that it will be issuing a tender in the first half of 2018 for the installation and maintenance of Christmas lighting for various sites in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The contract will include the testing, repair, installation, maintenance, close down and return to storage for the existing RBWM festive lighting stock. The tender may also include the requirements for the design, supply and installation of new Christmas lighting stock in addition to the maintenance of existing stock. Please be aware that the above is subject to change and is only intended to act as a guide to suppliers. If you are able to provide part of or all of the aforementioned services and goods please contact procurement@rbwm.gov.uk to express your interest in tendering for this upcoming opportunity. In response you will be asked to complete a short market questionnaire that will allow the Authority to gain a better understanding of the market, the services on offer and how best to approach the tender in 2018.
