The procurement relates to the establishment of a framework for the provision of design and construction of skate parks in Kildare. Kildare County Council are seeking suitably qualified companies or businesses to form the Framework. The establishment of the framework will be based on a initial tender competition relating to the design and construction of a skate park in Moorefield Park, Newbridge to cater for the local children in the area. Kildare County Council are seeking suitably qualified companies or businesses to form the Framework. The establishment of the framework will be based on a initial tender competition relating to the design and construction of a skate park in Moorefield Park, Newbridge to cater for the local children in the area. This framework is being established by means of an open procedure. The winning tenderer will be awarded the contract for this initial job as contained in this competition and will be awarded a position on the framework for the respective lot(s). The maximum number of tenderers to be admitted to the framework is 8. Therefore in addition to the winning tenderer, tenderers ranked 2 to 8 (max), whilst not winning the initial contract, will be admitted to the framework listing. Thereafter work will be awarded on the basis of mini-competitions for various works across this county.
