Construction work for subsidised residential accommodation

Tender description

As part of Choice Housing's Planned Maintenance Programme, Budget year 2015/16, the following LCC works have been scheduled for completion across multiple sites, as a single Contract. The work primarily consists of; — Kitchen Installations, — New Bathroom Installations, — External/ Internal Redecoration Works, — Replacement Doors, — External Lighting, — General Building Works. Kitchen, bathroom and General Building works across multiple sites. The scope of the works includes the following; — Upgrading of existing kitchen to individual properties. — Upgrading of existing Bathroom to individual properties. — External Redecoration to all previously painted areas. — Internal Redecoration to all previously painted areas. — Upgrade External Light fittings. — Upgrade of Fascia's/Soffits to PVC. — Replacement Fencing/Boundary Walls. — Upgrading of Rainwater Goods. — Replacement Doors and Floor Covering at 32-40 Donegall St.
