Tender description

We are relocating a number of staff and departments on our Lancaster campus. Two of these moves involve the Chaplaincy moving to 'The Keep' and Post-Graduates moving in to 'Bishops Cross'. To facilitate these moves some minor alteration and refurbishments works are required to these two areas - these works will form Section 1 of this contract. Additionally we are forming a new Human Performance Laboratory on the first floor of the Sports Centre which involve some alteration works and refurbishments - this will be Section 2 of the contract
