Tender description

Maintenance remedial works to Park Grange. Works to include:- External works:-  Repairs/replacement of pitched roof coverings;  Repair/replacement of flat roof coverings;  Above and below drainage repairs;  Repairs to rendered elevations including redecorations;  Facing brickwork repairs;  Repair/replacement of window installations;  Repair/replacement of external doorsets;  Repair/replacement of fascia's and soffits;  General repairs to boundaries of Park Grange. Internal works:-  Asbestos removals;  Dry rot and wet rot eradication and sterilisation treatment works;  Replacement of affected structural roof and floor timbers;
