Tender description

DCC is establishing a Framework Agreement (in 2 Lots) for main contractors for works relating to the provision of temporary Emergency Accommodation facilities ( shelters, family hubs, and other facilities ) for the Dublin Region Homeless Executive. The works envisaged are refurbishment and upgrading of existing properties in the wider Dublin area. The works are anticipated to include upgrade works comprising of new floor, ceiling and wall finishes, services installations, decoration, sanitaryware, fireproofing along with alteration to existing floor layouts, adapting properties for disability access requirements and building fabric upgrades as necessary. Establishment of a Framework Agreement for Main Contractors for Emergency Accommodation Works Lot 1 for works up to 2 000 000 EUR in value. Establishment of a Framework Agreement for Main Contractors for Emergency Accommodation Works Lot 1 for works from 2 000 000 EUR up to 10 000 000 EUR in value.
