Tender description
In advance of the contract to carry out this work, BANES now require Riverside to be completely stripped of all asbestos, building services and building fabric to leave a new internal space which can be remodelled into new residential accommodation. Following completion of the Works, the stripped space will leave the following only: (1 ) existing concrete floors and soffits (2) external perimeter walls and internal load bearing walls, both stripped back to concrete/blockwork/plaster (3) perimeter external windows (4) existing internal Rainwater Pipe Please express an interest to complete the necessary information and keep abreast of any future notifications related to this tender.
