Design and Build 14 Homes on the Former Royal British Legion site in Swindon for Swindon Borough Council

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to Design and Build 14 Semi-Detached Homes on the former Royal British Legion Site, Penhill, Swindon. The project is to design and build 14 homes of which 10 x No. are 2 bedroom semi- detached and 4 x No. are 3 bedroom semi-detached homes. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. The contract will be for a period of 9 months commencing March 2017. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than Tuesday, 28 February 2017, 12.00 noon GMT by hard copy in line with the Invitation To Tender documentation attached. If you require any clarifications on the tender documents please submit these in writing via e-mail, including the project name clearly in the e-mail title, to Neil Fishlock at nfishlock@swindon.gov.uk by 20 February 2017, 12.00 noon GMT. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.
