CPB200 Parkside Community Junior Scool Extension - Groundworks and External Works

Tender description

Derbyshire County Council is inviting tenderers for the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out the Groundworks and External Works associated with new extension at Parkside Community Junior School, Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The onsite works consist of site clearance, site strip, Foundations, underground drainage, roads and paths. This requires the winning tenderer to work alongside the piling contractor following their piling works you are required to complete the buildings foundations. Please allow for multiple visits, allow for a minimum of 3 visits. External works consist of underground drainage, new tarmac areas and associated works, fencing and access gates. Price as per the attached Bill of Quantities. If you are able to price the piling also, please do so. The proposed building area is a working school with site access through a public carpark, it is anticipated that the working hours will be restricted to 8am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, all tenders must allow for these restrictions.
