Tender description

Network Rail are looking to procure the services of a development partner. Network Rail is looking to select a development partner, via a competitive OJEU procurement process, to design and subsequently develop the site under a 250 year ground lease subject to a sub-lease back to Network Rail of the reconfigured areas required for the station. Network Rail's key aspiration is to find the ideal combination of commercial value for the site and environmental improvements for station users. There is also opportunity for the development to deliver housing units in the form of city centre apartments.
