Lancashire County Pension Fund owns Benson House and is looking to procure a contractor in order to complete the refurbishment works to Benson House, Leeds (circa 75 000 square feet of a 4 storey office space). The refurbishment works will comprise internal strip out and internal fit out together with extensive façade replacement, new link extension and associated external works to provide Cat A BCO standard office space.
