Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to a framework agreement providing building works for approximately 5 000 properties within Waverley, Surrey. It is intended that the framework agreement will commence in April, 2019. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 4 years. The framework will be divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Redecorations and associated repairs- 400 000 GBP per annum (estimated). Lot 2: Roofing Works- 540 000 GBP per annum (estimated). Lot 3: Drainage Works- 350 000 GBP per annum (estimated). Lot 4: General Building Works- 590 000 GBP per annum (estimated). Total estimated value = 1 880 000 GBP.
