Tender description

Banner Housing has purchased and existing property at No.14 Morrissey Avenue and are looking to refurbish the house to Part M standards. We are also looking to sub divide an exiting room into a bedroom and level access wet room. Some demolition work is required at the rear of the property, including a shed and small utility building that is connected to the house. New emergency lighting needs to be installed throughout the house including an alarm system, existing electrcal sockets need to be refitted to an acceptable standard. Plumbing works need to be upgraded and new sewerage lines laid. Paving needs to be laid around the house so there will be a considerable amount of earth works to be completed.
