Detailed design and construction required for 13 new affordable housing units on three sites owned by Winchester City Council. Procurement on the basis of a JCT Design and Build Contract. The suitability assessment attached to this notice must be completed. Only organisations able to provide the full package of works under a JCT D&B Contract will be considered.
