Housing Leeds Planned Works 2018: Kitchen, Bathrooms and Rewires

Tender description

This opportunity is in relation to planned investment works into kitchens bathrooms and rewires in the Leeds City Council managed domestic properties. A description of the works required is included in the attached tender documents. Potential bidders are encouraged to review these documents and submit a PQQ. The Council anticipates issuing works to the value of £9.3m annually and is looking to allocate works to three contractors. The Scope will include all activities required for the installation of kitchens bathrooms and rewires in existing occupied, and unoccupied, domestic properties owned by the Council. The full extent of the Scope is outlined in the Works Information and the Appendix 1 Technical Specification, and includes, but is not limited to: • Construction • Health and Safety • Removal • Reinstatement • Design • Renewal • Installation • Elemental pre-works surveys, if requested on specific instruction of the Council • Asbestos surveys, if requested on specific instruction of the Council.
