Daventry District Council (DDC) is entering into a new Environmental Services contract, which will require office (and partial workshop) occupation within Contracts House (High March, Daventry) commencing early January 2018. Potential Providers are requested to visit the LGSS Procurement Portal to formally register interest in this opportunity and to access the documentation - www.lgssprocurementportal.co.uk Contracts House is being extensively refurbished to bring it up to an acceptable standard for office (and workshop) occupation. which requires MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL works to this building in order to repair services and replace/install new where necessary. • A degree of design is required by the contractor and should be allowed for within the Pricing Schedule. • A full building services survey has been completed which in term has led to the specification for these works. • The successful tenderer will be sharing the working space with a building contractor.
