Tender description

WLC wish to set up a framework for trades contractors to supplement their Building Services department. This will be split into 14 trade lots. Tenders may be submitted for individual or all lots. Estimated values of works are based on full four year framework and value of works not guaranteed. Framework of Bricklayer and Stone work Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of Suspended Ceiling Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs to include all types of suspended ceiling and associated electrical work. Framework of Roughcaster and Render Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of Preservation Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs to include surveying and remedial repairs to due damp. Framework of plumbing contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of Plastering Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of Painting and Decorating Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of Minor Civils Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs to include excavation /foundation /ramps/ paths/kerbing/tarmac/paving. Framework of Joinery Contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of electrical contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of glazing installation contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs. Framework of tiling contractors for small works, maintenance and reactive repairs.
