Tender description

The project provides a new purpose designed workshop facility for the RSC's Costume Department, and incorporates the existing Grade II Listed building ensemble as well as establishing a link with the RSC's administrative hub on Chapel Lane. Due to the value and funding profile of the works, an OJEU process is being adhered to, with the potential of a 2-stage tender process. A design and build form of contract will be entered into with the successful main contractor.
