Description of Works: Re-roofing of Carlton Depot Unit 2, Carlton Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Carlton, South Yorkshire. Stripping off existing, moss encrusted, stone chipping covered, built up bitumen roof coverings including polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation, formed gutters, upstands, metal cappings to perimeter parapet wall and removing redundant mechanical plant (flues, vents etc..) & electrical cabling. Installation of new Alumasc Euroroof Mastergold system on new insulation, including forming new gutters, upstands and parapet covering. All to a roof of approximately 5,000m2 in area and with a perimeter of approximately 300m Approved Alumasc installers required for warranty purposes
