Tender description

Development of Llys Y Fran Park and Activity Centre including: 1. Visitor Centre extension and refurbishment; 2. Construction of an outdoor activity centre and waterside cabin; 3. Construction of a pump skills area and bike track; 4. External landscaping, play, roads and infrastructure. The estimated value range of the project is between 2 800 000 GBP and 4 000 000 GBP. The successful contractor will be required to deliver the elements listed above, but may also be required to provide principal contractor support for other elements of further external landscaping, works and play. 1.
