Supply of Meat Products at Manchester Central Convention Complex

Manchester Central is currently looking for a Contractor to supply meat products to Manchester Central Convention Complex. Estimated annual spend is circa £75k. The Contract will be for a period of two (2) years, with an anticipated Contract start date of November 2017. As a world-class international convention centre, Manchester Central requires products of the highest quality. The successful supplier will provide meat for all onsite catering, including banquets, weddings, conferences and exhibitions. Given the dynamic nature of the events industry, the supplier will be expected to respond to orders as required, potentially with a last minute or same day delivery, including Saturday and Sunday orders. Due to event peaks and troughs within the business, orders of higher numbers must be available at certain times. If a product is not available in the quantities required, the Contractor must notify Manchester Central as early as possible and provide alternative products of the same calibre.
