The works comprise of the refurbishment of the reception area, shower areas to pool side, pool side changing cubical seating and tiling, ladies & gent's wet area toilets, pool relining and pool side redecoration at Cossington Street Sports Centre. The works are funded by Sport England and Swim England. Site address: 24 Cossington Street, Leicester, LE4 6JD. Works Start Date: 9th Oct 2017 Works End Date: 31st Dec 2017 (no later than) Conditions of Contract: JCT Minor Works SITE VISITS Site visits must be arranged in advance. Any Suppliers attending the site without prior arrangements will be refused entry.
