Tender description

Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs) have a variety of licence conditions which are monitored by Ofgem. The main licence condition for the purpose of this event is aligned to Standard Special Condition A40: Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (‘the RIGs Licence Condition’). All GDNs need to collect accurate and consistent information which is presented and reviewed by Ofgem. One of these conditions requires customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT) data/reports for planned connections and emergency work via a multi-channeled approach (postal, telephone and online). Requirements: Adhere to the RIGs which have been set out by Ofgem relating to the conduct of customer satisfaction surveys. All requirements apply across each companies various network areas. — Ofgem RIGS only surveying. — Emergency Response & Repair. — Planned Work. — Connection Services. Survey methods: — Postal / Telephone interview / Email providing link to online survey / Text message. Scope/Scale: — Online Reporting Portal to support each Independent Gas Distribution Networks Requirements. — Term — 4 year initial period with no extension period.
