Tender description

The Works are in relation to the ground floor accommodation only and includes the conversion of a number of existing offices into Teaching Rooms (including re-configuration of building services & installation of specialist AV), the re-orientation of access into the Ground Floor WC's and addition of WC's to each, the removal of the Reception Desk within the Entrance Atrium, the addition of new office & meeting space and new signage & wayfinding.
