Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified entities for the execution of design and rebuild works to the former Broadmarsh car park site, Nottingham. Tenderers are invited to submit their proposals for this scheme, for a new building providing a Multi-storey car park, bus station and retail units with residential units on the Carrington Street elevation. See full description below II.2.4. Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 35 000 000 and 45 000 000 GBP. Proposals are invited for this scheme to design and construct a new building providing: — a multi-storey car park, — a fully fitted bus station with parking bays, — A1-A5 (planning Class) retail space on Collin Street, Carrington Street, Canal Street and in the bus station concourse, — residential units on the Carrington Street elevation, — supporting structure for PV on the car park roof. Initial designs up to and including RIBA stage 3 are to be made available following shortlist.
