Tender description

Each of STW and DVW wish to award Framework agreements for the provision of design and build, and the provision of build only in respect of capital, renewal and refurbishment projects across the relevant regulatory asset management period(s) (‘AMP’ period (s)). In this notice, ‘MEICA’ means mechanical, electrical, instrumentation control and automation. ‘ICA’ means instrumentation control and automation. STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of detailed design and build in respect of capital, renewal and refurbishment projects across the AMP period(s). STW/DVW will undertake the outline design of the projects. Excluded from the scope of Lot 1 is the renewal of water distribution mains (up to and including 12 inch nominal diameter) and the associated service pipes feeding domestic and commercial properties. Lot 1 may include the performance of civil works, supply and installation of MEICA and/or ICA, and/or supply and/or installation of materials. Refer to procurement documents for further details. STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of build only works by a civils led contractor in respect of capital, renewal and refurbishment projects across the AMP period(s). STW and DVW will undertake the outline and detailed design of the projects. Included in the scope of Lot 2 is the renewal of water distribution mains (up to and including 12 inch nominal diameter) and the associated service pipes feeding domestic and commercial properties. STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of build only works by a MEICA led contractor in respect of capital, renewal and refurbishment projects across the AMP period(s). STW and DVW will undertake the outline and detailed design of the projects. STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of ICA works in respect of capital projects, installation and/or integration projects across the AMP period(s). STW and DVW will undertake the outline and detailed design of the projects. Further detail on the scope on the ICA works is set out in the procurement documents.
