Barton Primary School Recladding, Re-Roofing, Replacement of Windows and Doors, Internal Refurbishment, Mechanical and Electrical Works

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Tenders from suitably qualified providers (\"Tenderers\") for the provision of re-cladding, re-roofing, replacement of windows and doors and associated internal works, landscaping and mechanical and electrical works at Barton Primary School, Newport, Isle of Wight. The contract is to run from 16 October 2017 until 20 August 2018. The requirement is for a phased sectional recladding and installation of new thermally broken aluminium windows and doors, re-roofing of the school building, plus associated internal works, landscaping and mechanical/electrical works as shown in the separately attached drawings and specification. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 22 September 2017.
