Tender description

Nottingham Trent University proposes a scheme to build a new 198 space car at car park at the Brackenhurst Campus. The new surface and sub-base shall comprise part impermeable and part permeable surfacing types as shown on the drawings. Associated kerbing, drainage, signing, lining and fencing are to be provided. Street lighting, associated ducting, cabling and connection to the new sub station is to be provided. Appropriate vehicle protection to the lighting columns is to be provided. A height restriction barrier, gates and an auto in / out barrier are to be provided as per the drawings. The landscaping scheme in the drawings is to be developed and all shrubs, planting, trees, pits are to be included. S278 works are required, The management of this process needs to be included in the works and when the actual technical design is approved the contractor to provide a price.
