Tender description

The works comprise the phased construction of infrastructure for the conversion of diesel powered rubber tyred gantry cranes (RTG) to those powered by electricity. The works within existing paved areas include, but may not be limited to; • HV and LV electrical ducting, • Communications ducting, • In-situ concrete bases for containerised substations and electrical plant. • Removal of electric stop bar lights and replacement with cats-eyes • Earthing pits • Repair of Block Paving • Replacement of CBM base with C8/10 concrete The conversion works are to take place on Trinity Terminal in; Blocks B to H, in Zone 4&5, Keywords: civils work, construction work
