Tender description
Nottingham City Homes wishes to develop a Framework Agreement with one or more Contractors for the provision of Groundwork Services. The proposed Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 year(s). Contractors must be able to evidence they have the; technical ability, capacity and financial strength to carry out the Works required. Anticipated requirements are based on current work plans. The volume and type of work may change due to changes in Government Housing policies and available funding. The award of a Call-off Contract under this Framework Agreement will be made on the basis of Rates submitted, where possible. For more complex requirements, NCH will conduct Mini-Competitions.
