Tender description

This market sounding exercise is being undertaken to obtain your views to inform our procurement strategy for the Meynell Approach site which forms part of Leeds City Council, Council House Growth Programme. On the Meynell Approach site Leeds City Council intends to deliver a pilot modular construction scheme that sets a benchmark for future housing schemes. An initial capacity study shows that the site can accommodate 28 units and the Council has a budget for the delivery of these scheme of £4m. We are seeking responses from a wide range of organisations who would be able to meet the Council’s aspirations to deliver a modular scheme.
