Tender description

The works include, but are not limited to, the design (temporary works) supply, delivery to site, offloading, installation, testing and commissioning of the following, as shown on the drawings and design information. The refurbishment of the area of Luxstowe House known as Phase 1A shall provide a greater level of staff occupancy, including but not limited to, reconfiguration of internal layout, mechanical and electrical upgrades and renewal of finishes.
