Stockport Council (The Contracting Authority), acting on behalf of the Participants, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for Mechanical and Electrical Projects. Band 1 — Up to 99 999 GBP (a) Small boiler room refurbishments such as small primary schools, libraries or community centres. (b) Stand-alone boiler plant replacements. (c) Fan convector unit replacements. (d) Small to medium air handling unit replacements/air conditioning. (e) Small to medium heating and pipework system replacements. (f) Mechanical works in association with commercial kitchen ventilation/appliance upgrades. Band 2 — 100 000 — 500 000 GBP (a) Medium to large boiler room refurbishments such as larger primary schools or high schools, recreation centres. (b) Medium to large air handling unit replacements. (c) Medium to large heating and pipework system replacements. Band 1 — Up to 99 999 GBP (a) Replacement General Lighting Installations (b) Replacement Emergency Lighting Installations (c) Replacement Fire Alarm Installations to Primary Schools, Nursery Units, Small Scale Libraries, Small Scale Community Centres, Small Scale Civic Buildings / Offices / Admin Centres, Etc. (d) Replacement / Renewal (Rewire) of Electrical Engineering Services Installations(e) Electrical Engineering Services Installations Upgrades (Mainly Switchgear) associated with Increasing Electrical Supply Capacities Supplies from the REC. (f) Replacement Electrical Switchgear Installations.
