Tender description

The project consist of the construction of a 4 Storey building for Nottingham Trent University. Henceforth referred to as the project. The anticipated project building cost is expected to be in the order of 3 950 000 GBP excluding VAT. The project will be awarded as one contract which capture both Shell, Core and Fit out project works. Separate to this project though associated with the development are demolition and general site preparation works. These works do not form part of this Expression of Interest and PQQ document. The site is located at 23 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham in the City of Nottingham. The site is a congested City Centre site with attached and detached neighbours, and tram lines running to the front of the property. Development of 23 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham.
