Tender description

A well-established London organisation ("the Client") is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and competent main contractors to support them with the design and delivery of a new London office building in the borough of Southwark. The tender is on the basis of a two-stage Design and Build, with main contractor responsible for all elements of the design, planning submission and project delivery. The proposed office building will be a 100% new build, 3 to 4 storeys and circa 1100 to 1500m2 in size. The total value of the project is circa £3.3 million. The new building will be located on an existing parcel of land which is already owned by the Client.
