Tender description
Ladywood Primary School requires the services of a suitable organisation to undertake phase 1 and 2 of refurbishment works on the Caretakers bungalow. All documents need to be completed and loaded onto the YOR tender electronic tendering system by 5pm on Friday the 8 September. Please also submit certificates that evidence the following levels of insurance that your company hold Employers Liability and Public Liability. Organisations also need to be CHAS or SSIP approved. We will also require three references for similar projects you have completed over the last five years. A site visit has been organised for the 16th August 2017. Please contact Julie Green 01226 773639 to arrange a time slot. Closing date for questions is Tuesday the 29th August 2017.
