Tender description
Bernicia Homes are seeking to appoint a contractor/s who will work collaboratively in partnership for the provision of redecoration services and pre decoration repairs. The contract is divided into 2 location lots - Lot 1 - Properties situated North of the River Tyne and Lot 2 - Properties situated South of the River Tyne. The services will include the internal communal areas and external redecoration and associated pre-paint repairs to Bernicia Homes Housing stock. The partnership is for a five year period to coincide with the external painting cycle for the external areas to all properties. Keywords: painting, decoration
