LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development which comprises of the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a 4,6,7 mixed storey development providing 105sqm commercial use (Class A1 and A2 use), 68sq community use (Class D use)17 flats and 4 mews houses. The proposals include associated landscaping works to Ivy Church Lane including the provision of 2 dedicated wheelchair accessible park bays.
