This procurement covers the Design and Build of 104 Timber Frame Apartments with 4 commercial/retail/office units to the same standard with associated external works and car parking It will be awarded to the tender which meets the Graven Hill Design Code and Standards identified in the Pre Qualification document and Invitation to tender document and which is the most economically advantageous and compliant determined in accordance with the evaluation criteria that will be published alongside the Invitation to Tender document.
