Tender description

Subsequent to a successfully Competitive Dialogue Procedure, Nottingham City Council is awarding a contract to develop an innovative, scalable, and cost-efficient solution to reducing energy use in a number of urban properties through retrofitting and installation of insulation and other energy-reduction, generation and storage measures using the Energiesprong concept. The project comprises two parts; an initial pilot phase on ten properties designed to test the concept followed by a development phase to roll the concept out over a wider number of properties.
