The Council is seeking an understanding of the market interest in a significant and landmark development opportunity for three sites located at a prominent location on Lea Bridge Road close to the junction with Orient Way and the recently reopened Lea Bridge Station. The sites are in Council ownership and currently comprise mainly open, grassed areas. The Council is seeking to dispose of these three Gateway sites, with a Development Agreement and 250 year Building Lease, to facilitate the delivery of high-quality residential led mixed use development, including a new and enhanced entrance for Lea Bridge Station.
