Tender description
1.1. The London Borough of Hounslow (the Council) is seeking to appoint one or more providers to deliver mobile ice cream and catering services at designated sites within the borough as specified in Section 3 of this document. 1.2. The contract duration will be for 18 months. The contract will begin on 14th August 2017. 1.3. The information contained in this RFQ is designed to ensure that your completed response is given equal and fair consideration. It is important that all information requested is submitted in the format and order specified. 1.4. This RFQ should be read carefully before submitting a response.
