Tender description
Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of construction works under 1 000 000 GBP. This will include new build, refurbishment, modular build, disabled adaptations, supported housing and fire safety works. Applicants should return the electronic Selection Questionnaire. Lot 1 — New Build. Lot 2 — Refurbishment. Lot 3 — Modular Build. Lot 4 — Disabled Adaptations (may include wet rooms, ramps, hoists, monitors, widening of doorways). Lot 5 — Supported Housing (New build or refurbishment). Lot 6 — Fire Safety Works (may include installation and maintenance of fire detection / alarm systems, sprinkler systems and fire proofing works).
