Tender description
Guinness spends between 25 000 000 GBP to 30 000 000 GBP a year on core planned maintenance activity. Guinness wants to ensure that it is delivering its planned maintenance programme in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. To achieve this, Guinness are intending to procure 3 planned maintenance frameworks, divided across 3 geographical lots (North/South/West) to cover all the following work streams as 1 package: — kitchens and bathrooms, — windows and doors, — internal and external decorations, — roofing and environmental works, — electrical upgrades and storage heaters, — fire safety works, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and FRA work. Guinness will be holding a Supplier Information event to set out its vision and discuss with suppliers the technical and commercial aspects of the requirements prior to finalising the specification and associated bidding documentation. To find out more about the event, please contact procurement@guinness.org.uk The Planned Maintenance Framework in the North will to cover all the following work streams as 1 package: — kitchens and bathrooms, — windows and doors, — internal and external decorations, — roofing and environmental works, — electrical upgrades and storage heaters, — fire safety works, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and FRA work. The total value of call-offs from this framework are estimated to be c. 10 000 000 GBP — 75 000 000 GBP. The Planned Maintenance Framework in the South will to cover all the following work streams as 1 package: — kitchens and bathrooms, — windows and doors, — internal and external decorations, — roofing and environmental works, — electrical upgrades and storage heaters, — fire safety works, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and FRA work. The total value of call-offs from this framework are estimated to be c. 30 000 000 GBP — 60 000 000 GBP. The Planned Maintenance Framework in the West will to cover all the following work streams as 1 package: — kitchens and bathrooms, — windows and doors, — internal and external decorations, — roofing and environmental works, — electrical upgrades and storage heaters, — fire safety works, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and FRA work. The total value of call-offs from this framework are estimated to be c. 20 000 000 GBP — 40 000 000 GBP.
