Works at St Johns Square flats

Tender description

North Kesteven District Council are seeking a competent contractor to repair concrete floors, improve sound insulation between floors and redecorate 30 flats located at St John's Square, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln. The first stage of the restricted tender process requires contractors to complete and submit the Selection Questionnaire (SQ). This document is available to download through the Delta eSourcing portal. Contractors must register on this site to respond, if you are already registered you will not need to register again, simply use your existing username and password. Please note there is a password reminder link on the homepage. Suppliers must log in, go to your Response Manager and add the following Access Code: 9VV875F4NX. The deadline for submitting the tender through the Delta eSourcing portal is 12 noon on 20/02/2017. Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this invite prior to the closing date and time, especially if you have been asked to upload documents.
