Project no. 1420 -Single Storey Extension to Form New Reception at Blenheim Primary School, Southend on Sea

Blenheim Primary School requires a contractor to build a single storey extension to form a new reception on the School Site. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. In order to access the opportunity you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system and express your interest in this project. Once you have expressed your interest, you will receive an automatic alert when the tender is published. It is anticipated that tender documents will be available via the e-tendering system on 24th January 2017, with a return date of 17th February 2017 although this may be subject to change. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the tender is available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 3rd April 2017 and we anticipate a 20 week programme of works. Keywords: School
