PRIMARY CONTRACTING & ROCHFORD ROAD - PORTSMOUTH AREA FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Portsmouth City Council (the 'Employer') is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the delivery of project works on a Primary Contractor basis. The contract value of individual projects let via the agreement will typically range from approximately £100k to £1.5M, however to provide for flexibility there will be no binding upper or lower limit. The Employer estimates that the agreement may be used to let a total of £5M -£6M worth of aggregate spend per annum. The Employer is aiming to have awarded the agreement by 15th May 2017 with a commencement date of1st July 2017. Once operational the agreement will run for a maximum duration of 4 years. The Employer will establish the agreement concurrently with the letting of a contract for planned maintenance works to 10no.blocks located within the City. The estimated value of this contract is £1.05M and the works commencement date is 3rd July 2017. The agreement will also be available for members of the Portsmouth Regional Procurement Partnership (PRPP)plus East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) to utilise at their discretion. Issue of tender documentation - 18.01.2017 2. Deadline for requests for clarification - 17.02.2017 23:59 3. Tender submission deadline - 03.03.2017 14:00 4. Issue of tender evaluation results and commencement of standstill and Section 20 Notice period - 14.04.2017 5. End of standstill period - 26.04.2017 6. End of Section 20 Notice period - 12.05.2017 7. Confirmation of framework suppliers and Rochford Road Contract Award - 15.05.2017 8. Commencement of framework agreement - 01.07.2017 10. Commencement of works to Rochford Road - 03.07.2017 11. Completion of works to Rochford Road - 06.04.2018
